CANCELLATION
Cancellations are only accepted prior to shipment of the item following your purchase. After that, it will no longer be possible, as your package will already have been shipped. Thank you for your understanding.
PERSONALIZATION REQUEST
I offer you the possibility of creating a personalized mala according to your tastes and needs. If you are interested in such an option, please fill in the “Contact me” form, and I'll be delighted to follow up your request.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Each of my creations is purified with sage before departure, and a special intention is given to the person who purchases one of my creations. They are also placed in my crystal bowl to amplify the beautiful energy that will be sent to you later.
- Each creation is accompanied by a detailed card (in English or French) containing a full description of the creation, some of the properties of the stones used to create it, and the care you need to take to ensure that it will last as long as possible and in the best possible condition.
